On Tuesday, May 6th, the following public service announcement will be issued to each library's community newspapers and radio stations. These will be arranged to be in print and on the air on Thursday, May 8th, which is two days before the program. The following flyer will be displayed at the library's service desks for two weeks leading up to the program event. This flyer will also be placed on each library's websites and Facebook pages one week prior to the event to generate publicity within the libraries' own followers, asking them to re-post the flyer to their own Facebook pages.
